The Kila Company, LLC
(Kila meaning “everything” in Swahili) was established to
introduce a different kind of taste regarding style,
fashion, art, and creativity to the Zebulon community. We
carry everything from antiques to leather pillow covers,
skin care for the body, shoes, collectibles, and more.
The Kila Company is your store if you are looking for
that special something whether it may be clothing, jewelry,
or a piece of art.
As part of our commitment to the community, The Kila
Company also hosts special events throughout the year. In
November of 2007, the Kila Company hosted a “Tea and Hat
Show,” which featured members of the Red Hat Society as
models.
Clothing With A
Purpose, Inc., is a non-profit organization
created to assist disadvantage persons with professional
training in self-esteem in the workplace. The organization
will assist men, women, and young adults, who are returning
to the workforce with the proper business attire and
personal care items, free of charge.
The goal of
Clothing With A Purpose
is to prepare the individuals they serve with a positive
direction in their lives. As the individuals present
themselves in a professional and fashionable manner, they
will gain a sense of pride about their appearance. |
